Business Development Intern

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to support our team in managing and expanding affiliate partnerships & community. The intern will be responsible for identifying and listing potential affiliators, contacting them, and ensuring proper data management using Excel or spreadsheet tools. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn about business development and digital partnerships while applying strong organizational and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage a database of potential affiliators.
- Reach out to affiliators via email, phone, or other communication channels.
- Support the business development team in building and maintaining affiliate relationships.
- Organize and track affiliate communications and responses.
- Prepare and update reports using Excel or Google Spreadsheets.
- Assist in administrative and operational tasks related to business development.
- Provide support in other business development initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge and experience with social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook).
- Digital platform and Social Media Ads tool savvy
- Strong written communication skills and creativity.
- An interest in digital marketing and an eagerness to learn, fast response, detail oriented, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience with KOL Management & community is a plus.
- Willing to working from Office in our Head Office in Jakarta Barat
