Impact is a technology and consulting company specializing in digital transformation with the vision to grow Indonesia's economy by helping businesses and the workforce through software, data, education, and community.
We are a lean company (and will continue to be) with a flat organizational structure, yet we wish to maximize our impact for our nation and eventually the world. Therefore our philosophy is to be (and we are looking for people who are) data-driven, able to identify the real pain points (which is surprisingly hard), and can come up with out-of-the-box yet practical permanent solutions.
Data, brainstorming, and research are essential to live what we preach, so people who are open-minded, goal-oriented, independent yet good team players, humble, and have clear vision and tenacity tend to fit us better. Somehow, people who care about social impact also tend to fit us better, although we still don’t know why.
About the Role
As our marketing team reaching the following goals:
- Optimize marketing effectiveness
- Educate business owners on how to grow their businesses
- Promote our brand to businesses and students
- Generate qualified leads
We are looking for a Business Writer who deeply cares about business and can empathize to understand business owners. As our Business Writer, you will write business-related contents and guides to help business owners solve their pain points. We are a lean team and we are looking forward to work with an experienced Business Writer who shares the same vision (and how to get there), data driven and can work independently without constant supervision.
You will work in cross-functional teams and meet great people regularly from diverse backgrounds. We work in an open environment where there are no boundaries or power distance. Everyone is encouraged to speak their mind, propose ideas, influence others, and continuously grow themselves.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting in-depth research to discover factual business-technology-related topics
- Produce well-researched business-related content
- Proofread and modify contents before publication
- Work together with Marketing team to ensure a high standard of content writing for Blog articles & Social Media posts
- Combine SEO strategies to increase traffic to our website and understand customer needs
- Understanding of how content works in the context of a B2B company and Lead-Generations
Qualification:
- Pursuing Bachelor/Master degree with min. GPA of 3.5
- Have business mindset with business background
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in creating business writings, have interest in B2B tech market
- High curiosity to find out business truth
- Has a strong desire to change business owners' mindset
- Highly logical with high empathy
- Dependable
- Understand SEO/SEM approach is a plus
