Requirement :
- Becelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science or IT
- 1 - 2 years experience in web application development with full cycle project implementation
- Understand and be familiar with software development methodologies (SDLC-RAD-Agile)
- Experienced in making Technicial Specification Document (TSD) or Software Requirement Specification (SRS)
- Can analyze problem and coordinate user requests with fungtional logic
- Have knowledge and ability of office aplications, SQL to know Data Modeling and programing language preferably Javascript
- Understand the use of Git and Gitflow
- Being able to conduct code reviews and understand application software testing is an added value
- Critical thinking, communication, creative, planning
- Accustomed to working as part of a team
Duties & Responsibilities :
- System development need analysis
- Conducting assessment, studies, observations, use cases or simulations
- Discuss client and user needs, identify vulnerabilities or area poor performance to increase productivity, efficiency and accuracy
- Translate the whises of users or information system users into information technology system designs
- Analyze organizational behavior and its functions
- Hold a feasibility study and system design to be developed
- Assist the developer on technical design and design issues encountered during the development life cycle
- Testing the new system
- Prepare and analyze cost and benefit reports for quality improvement
- Supervise the implementation of software products on the user
