Job Description:
Supporting the Sales and Business Development team in administration, scheduling, follow-ups, documentation, and ensuring that prospective clients have a professional and efficient experience when interacting with Viskal.
Criteria:
- Male/Female, 18–30 years old
- Able to communicate in English (spoken & written)
- Based in Bali or willing to stay in Bali
- Neat and professional appearance
- Good attitude, communicative, responsible, and well-organized
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience in sales administration or customer support is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update leads in CRM, including daily status tracking and pipeline organization.
- Coordinate client meetings, including scheduling, invitations, reminders, and agendas.
- Support proposal and quotation preparation, delivery, follow-ups, and document filing.
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and handle basic service inquiries.
- Handle administrative tasks such as onboarding files, invoicing, and invoice follow-ups.
- Prepare simple reports on leads, follow-up progress, and marketing/referral status.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good administrative and documentation abilities.
- Familiar with Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools (e.g., Odoo).
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and well-organized.
- Basic understanding of sales processes.
- Professional, friendly, and reliable.
Bonus Skills:
- Familiarity with accounting, tax, compliance, HR, or notary services.
- Ability to prepare neat and professional quotations.
- Capable of conducting lead pre-qualification.
- Able to perform polite and effective cold follow-ups.
