🚀 WE ARE HIRING: Business Strategy Executive
SEMPOA SIP GROUP is currently looking for a proactive, analytical, and growth-minded individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive.
This role is perfect for those who are interested in business operations, data analysis, and growth strategy within the education industry.

🌏 Coverage Area: Jabodetabek
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and performance of multiple Sempoa SIP training centers across Jabodetabek. This role combines business development, operations monitoring, and performance analysis.
What you will do:
- Monitor the daily operations and performance of assigned training centers
- Analyze student enrollment, retention, and revenue data
- Identify opportunities to improve center performance
- Develop and execute growth strategies across centers
- Work closely with teachers and admin teams to maintain strong operations
- Handle feedback and support a positive experience for students and parents
- Prepare reports and provide insights for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, operations, sales, or related fields will be a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and comfortable working with numbers
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
- Willing to travel frequently across Jabodetabek
