Business Analyst
Job Description
1. Gather and analyse customers’ business needs and challenges.
2. Identify actual business needs behind customer requests.
3. Translate business requirements into business flows, system flows, system blueprints, and user stories.
4. Create solution visualisations such as diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and dashboards.
5. Present system designs and solution benefits to customers.
6. Act as a liaison between customers, sales, developers, QA, project management, and support.
7. Monitor development and testing to ensure solutions meet agreed requirements.
8. Provide system training and support to customers.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Management.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role.
3. Strong communication, active listening, analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to translate business needs into appropriate system solutions and designs.
5. Ability to create business flows, system flows, system blueprints, and user stories.
6. Good understanding of SDLC, system testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
7. Basic SQL knowledge and ability to create simple reports or dashboards.
8. Familiarity with tools such as Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart, Miro, or Figma, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in ERP, CRM, HRIS, supply chain, financial system, or custom software projects.
* Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, dashboards, or solution presentations.
* A portfolio related to system documentation or design.
* Proficiency in English.
