Business Representative Supervisor

AVIS is operated under RMA Indonesia, which our businesses located in Jakarta, Bali, Semarang, Surabaya, and Balikpapan.

We are currently looking for a Business Representative Supervisor to be based in Bali. In this role, you will lead sales initiatives, build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners, and develop strategies to expand our car rental business in the Bali market.

The salary will be discussed during the offer stage and is negotiable, as the amount shown above is not final.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the car rental, automotive, or transportation industry in Bali, with at least 1 year in a supervisor or area supervisor role.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to manage a team effectively.
• Having a valid driver’s license (SIM A) is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Business Representative team to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and acquire new corporate and individual clients.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Maintain strong client relationships and excellent customer service.
• Monitor sales performance and support team development.
• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and market trends.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
• Represent the company at business events and networking activities.
