Qualifications :
- Minimum bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the car rental, automotive, or transportation industry in Bali, with at least 1 year in a supervisor or area supervisor role.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to manage a team effectively.
- Having a valid driver's license (SIM A) is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the Business Representative team to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new corporate and individual clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Maintain strong client relationships and excellent customer service.
- Monitor sales performance and support team development.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and market trends.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
- Represent the company at business events and networking activities.
