We are currently seeking experienced and results-oriented professionals to join us as a Business Relationship & Advisor.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage business relationships with clients (client relationship management).
- Identify new business opportunities and drive service development (business development), particularly in financial and tax advisory.
- Market and present the firm’s services/products, including financial advisory and tax advisory.
- Manage and ensure service quality delivered to clients in line with company standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, tax) to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Provide strategic insights related to clients’ financial and taxation needs.
- Support the development of financial consulting operations within the firm.
- Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and presentation materials for clients.
- Achieve targets set by the company (target-oriented role).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial consulting, tax consulting, or professional services.
- Proven experience in developing financial consulting operations.
- Strong understanding of:
* Financial advisory
* Tax advisory / taxation
* Business and corporate financial structures
- Familiar with working in a consulting firm environment.
- Strong business development capabilities, particularly in the financial sector.
- Ability to professionally present products/services to clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
- Target-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Additional Qualifications (Preferred)
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken) and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Established client network (client base) in finance or business sectors.
- Experience in cross-selling services (legal, financial, tax).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and business practices.
