Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Mendukung proses pengumpulan, pengolahan, dan analisis data untuk kebutuhan operasional dan manajerial.
Membantu pemantauan dan evaluasi alur proses bisnis agar lebih efisien dan terstandarisasi.
Melakukan dokumentasi proses, laporan rutin, dan administrative support terkait data dan monitoring.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

Mahasiswa aktif atau fresh graduate dari program studi Manajemen, Bisnis, Statistika, Sistem Informasi, atau bidang terkait.
Mampu bekerja dengan data (Excel/Sheets wajib; pengalaman dasar BI tools nilai tambah).
Memahami dasar-dasar data processing dan business process flow.
Cepat belajar, adaptif, dan terbuka terhadap tantangan baru.
Memiliki kemampuan berpikir analitis dan perhatian terhadap detail.
Komunikatif, mampu bekerja dalam tim, dan memiliki manajemen waktu yang baik.
