Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Process Improvement Specialist (Warehouse) to analyze, optimize, and enhance our warehouse operations. In this role, you will identify inefficiencies, develop improvement plans, and implement effective solutions using proven methodologies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure smooth and efficient processes, provide training to key users, and create detailed process documentation. This position plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and achieving measurable results.
Job Description:
- Map and analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvement plans using relevant methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvements in business processes.
- Create process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and user guides.
- Provide training and support to key users on new or optimized business processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify quality issues and process inefficiencies and propose improvement solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate process performance metrics and create regular reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, or a related position with a focus on operational process optimization.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and effective information presentation using Google Docs Editor or Microsoft Office.
- Results-oriented with the ability to develop effective action plans and implement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
