Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in any major
• Minimum 1 year of experience in compliance role is preferred
• Strong understanding of compliance role
• Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with analysis tools
• Good communication skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• ISO 9001 certification will be an advantage
Job Description :
• Implement the BPRM cycle to ensure continuous evaluation and improvement across all company functions
• Collect and analyze data, then develop work plans and process flow SOPs
• Identify risks, prepare risk management plans, and conduct regular evaluations
• Prepare risk management performance reports & provide improvement recommendations
• Coordinate with related departments to achieve company objectives
