Responsibilities:
• Design and develop short-term & long-term business strategies to achieve the company's vision and mission.
• Analyze market data, industry trends, and economic conditions to provide strategic recommendations.
• Oversee the implementation of business plans and evaluate performance and achievements.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure strategies align with the company's objectives.
• Lead and develop the corporate planning team to maximize their contributions.
• Prepare business reports, feasibility studies, and corporate strategy proposals for executive management.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Preferably graduates from Singapore or Hong Kong
• Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years in corporate planning, strategic management, or business development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of business analysis, finance, and corporate strategy.
• Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to process and interpret business data comprehensively.
• Strong leadership & communication skills to lead teams and coordinate across departments.
• Proficiency in business analysis & presentation software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.
• Language: Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal & written).
• Candidates with experience multifinance or retail industry will be preferred.
