At Mulia Box, we don’t just produce carton boxes — we help Indonesian UMKM look more premium, ship more safely, and grow through better packaging.
We’re looking for a high-initiative individual who enjoys understanding business needs, communicating actively with clients, and working in a fast-moving environment. This is a client-facing commercial role conducted primarily via chat, call, and online meetings — with occasional client visits when needed.
What You Will Do:
- Handle inbound leads (WhatsApp, marketplace, website) with fast and clear respons
- Explore customer needs and recommend the right packaging solution
- Prepare quotations and follow up proactively until closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients (primarily via chat & call)
- Coordinate closely with production & operations to ensure smooth execution
- Continuously learn packaging specifications (size, material, finishing, process)
- Proactively find new potential clients through creative outreach
- Achieve agreed sales and growth targets
Basic Qualifications:
- S1 from a reputable university (fresh graduates with strong drive are welcome)
- Demonstrated initiative through campus, organizational, business, or project experience
- Passionate about manufacturing, packaging, and/or the UMKM ecosystem
- Strong written and verbal communication; fast and responsive in follow-through
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Resourceful in finding leads creatively and able to collaborate cross-functionally
- Based in Bandung and owns a personal vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
