About the Role
We are looking for a Business Operations Supervisor to support the execution of day-to-day business operations and ensure work is completed efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with company standards.
This role is responsible for coordinating operational activities, monitoring performance, improving processes, resolving operational issues, and supporting the successful delivery of business objectives. You will also be responsible for developing people, maintaining high operational standards, and driving continuous improvement within your area of responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
- Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
- Recruit, interview, onboard, train, and develop personnel as required.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members where applicable.
- Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and operational KPIs.
- Identify operational issues, investigate root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and improve operational processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Allocate resources and prioritize operational activities based on business needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Support business initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in operations, administration, customer service, sales support, project coordination, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory, team lead, or equivalent leadership role.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Indonesian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable managing operational KPIs, productivity, and quality standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Able to prioritize multiple responsibilities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly accountable.
