Job Description

We are looking for a Business Operations Associate to support day-to-day operational activities, business growth initiatives, user engagement, and cross-functional coordination across the company. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and creative individual who can balance operational execution, marketing initiatives, customer experience, business performance monitoring, and on-ground acquisition activities.

Responsibilities

Growth, Marketing & Brand Operations

Support execution of user growth and market expansion initiatives across digital and offline channels.

Assist in planning and implementing promotional campaigns, partnerships, and activation programs.

Support active user and driver acquisition initiatives, including on-ground engagement and field operations activities.

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, user engagement, and platform growth.

Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content planning, scheduling, campaign coordination, and community engagement.

Monitor campaign, content, and operational performance to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Customer & Service Operations

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues through available communication channels.

Ensure timely and effective resolution of operational issues while maintaining high service standards.

Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams and follow up until closure.

Operational Coordination

Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and driver operations to support operational initiatives.

Assist in daily platform operations, process coordination, and administrative tasks.

Support development and improvement of workflows, SOPs, and operational processes.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track key business metrics including acquisition, retention, engagement, social media growth, and operational performance.

Prepare regular reports and operational insights for management review.

Monitor user feedback, market trends, competitor activities, and campaign results to support strategic improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, Operations, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, business development, customer operations, marketing, growth, or related roles. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply.
  • Comfortable working on-ground to support user and driver acquisition activities, market expansion, and operational initiatives in the field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content strategy.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in ride-hailing, mobility, logistics, marketplace, startup, or social media management is a plus.
