Deskripsi pekerjaan Business Operations Officer Ruangguru
- Support ruangkelas business operations, including but not limited to conduct teacher and school program initiatives, deliver teacher training to use ruangkelas, maintain communication and collaboration with schools’ principals and operators, and other initiatives to expand ruangkelas user base.
- Ensure the delivery of business goals of ruangkelas.
- Ensure ruangkelas operational smoothly and align with company quality standards.
- Support the initiatives and programs to boost ruangkelas growth hacks including adoption, marketing, operational, and product development.
- Support the design of various activation programs for teachers and students to attract and maintain their engagement, both at the national and regional level.
- Drives projects that increase users’ experience through innovation, customer insights, and data. Use a data-driven approach to strategize, track, measure, report, and reformulate approaches based on results.
Job Requirements:
- Proactive and ability to take initiative
- Experienced in full-time business operations for at least 1 year
- Preferably from Top universities in Indonesia
- Bonus points for those with working experience in high-growth startups, technology firms, or multi-national companies
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
