Hiring and engaging the right people for the right job is essential for the company’s growth, especially as Qiscus has a vision to become a world class technological company. Our Business Operations intern will assist with levelling up our operational company as well as contribute to growth activities in the company. We are looking for a fast learner who is highly passionate in Business operation fields. Are you the one we are looking for?

What you will do

  • Assist Business Operations Manager in handling document and paperwork, including arranging, sending documents and being in charge for written correspondence.
  • Assist Business Operations Executive in day-to-day business operations tasks.

What you will bring to the role

  • Has strong integrity to manage confidential information
  • Previously engaged in operations or similar role/field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiar with management of projects and documentations
  • Able to pay great attention to detail and has a keen eye for accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and other Office tools
  • Willing to be based in Yogyakarta.
