Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Business Operations Executive. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales process by providing comprehensive support to our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to assist in various aspects of the sales cycle, particularly in order processing and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process sales orders received from customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every stage of the process and in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Keeping track of each order’s progress and keeping customers informed regularly by providing relevant updates.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales quotations, creating sales contracts, renewals, and updating customer records in the CRM system.
- Enter and maintain customer and order information in company databases and systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Any other duties as assigned.

- You have a Diploma or Degree in Accounting & Finance/Business Administrative or equivalent.
- You possess at least 1 year of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge, qualifications and experience in the Design, Engineering, Manufacturing or IT industry would be advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a collaborative team player.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies to support the evolving needs of the sales team.
