Deskripsi pekerjaan BUSINESS OPERATION SPECIALIST Toyota Financial Services Vietnam
- Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards.
- Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures.
- Manage services and conduct quality assessments.
- Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise.
- Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance.
- Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure operation meet company business needs.
- Assess needs, design, and develop business applications and solutions for new business models.
- Assist management in developing new business models.
- University degree (Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information technology) or equivalent degree.
- 5+ years in hands-on operation in car rental, car leasing, logistics, transportation… industry or
- 5+ years with various start-up concepts and experience in transportation services/car rental services/transportation mobility services or
- 3+ years working experience in a similar management position.
- Have a broad knowledge of the supply chain / transport / logistics environment & trends.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Independent and self-dependent working
- Assertiveness and organisational skills
- High energy level and Self-motivated.
- Adaptable, Proactive, and initiative taking.
- Good Negotiation Skills
- Good at building relationships and trust, good judgement skills and high integrity
