BUSINESS & OPERATION OFFICER

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Monitor & ensure daily outlet operations run smoothly
• Analyze sales, food cost, inventory & operational performance
• Monitor outlet KPI & identify improvement opportunities
• Develop initiatives to increase sales & profitability
• Coordinate with outlet, kitchen, purchasing, warehouse & finance teams
• Support new outlet opening & operational preparation
• Conduct market & competitor analysis
• Solve operational issues and drive continuous improvement
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Hospitality or related field
✓ Min. 2–3 years experience in FnB / Operations / Business Development
✓ FnB experience is highly preferred
✓ Understand P&L, food cost, inventory & sales analysis
✓ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
✓ Target & KPI oriented
✓ Good communication & coordination skills
✓ Proactive, detail-oriented & commercially minded
✓ Willing to be mobile and monitor operations directly in the field
