- Support day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing operational data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement.
- Help prepare internal reports, dashboards, and documentation for management review.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to support ongoing projects and operational needs.
- Assist in monitoring project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups with relevant stakeholders.
- Support process improvement initiatives by providing research, benchmarking, and administrative assistance.
- Help manage internal systems, tools, and operational databases.
- Take part in team meetings, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as needed.
