- Minimum 5 years experience in Digital Marketing role with minimum of 2 years of experience as a leader.
- Experienced in managing both paid and organic digital marketing: SEO/SEM, marketing database, email marketing, social media, paid advertising campaigns.
- Experienced in improving conversion rate, customer growth, social media engagement, and ROI through digital marketing
- Good understanding of Content and Design with excellent track record of Online Sales
- Preferrably someone from FMCG Background
- Establish and monitor both paid and organic digital marketing strategies for all business unit.
- Establish, monitor, and report the metrics and KPIs for Business commercial Team (Marketing team/ Design Team)
- Develop policies and procedures related to digital marketing Plan, monitor, and execute digital marketing activities for all business unit
- Design, build and maintain the social media presence for all business unit
- Generate sales qualified leads through digital marketing channels
- Coordinate with other internal teams to create marketing campaigns.
- Managing digital marketing budget to meet the objectives
- Analyse and improve customer experience, conversion, and traffic across digital marketing channels with a data-driven approach
- Collaborate with agencies and other relevant partners Ensure the brand message is consistent across all digital marketing channels
