Business Manager
We are looking for a highly qualified Business Manager. You will oversee and drive business development objectives in relation to sales, revenue and growth targets while also managing and expanding its own allocated portfolio of customers. To have overall responsibility for setting the direction of the sales and revenue strategy and ensuring that it is aligned with the company’s overall strategy. We expect you experienced with technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts especialy in payment industry.
We are looking for a Business Manager with strong leadership skill to drive the team to achieve sales targets; be focused on getting the best from their teams by pro-active leadership, recognition of performance, and timely resolution of performance issues. They need to be time-sensitive and able to multi-task. They need to demonstrate a customer focus mindset in everything that they do on a daily basis.
Job Overview
·Identify, pre-qualify and determine which enterprise has the best opportunity to acquire
Develop and close new enterprise client opportunities.
Collaborate with senior management on planning and forecasting any business strategy to penetrate the enterprise market.
Manage team of different levels and functions in the organization.
Work closely with other divisions to deliver the needs of the client on each project
Execute any strategic partnership with any enterprise to promote end-to-end solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from Engineering, Management, Business, Accounting and any related fields.
Have experience and expertice in payment industry
Deep knowledge of online and offline payment flow process
Have a strong connection on top level management of regulator and client is a plus
Have a strong partnership sense.
Good interpersonal skills and self driven.
Strong analytical skill and strategic mindset.
Willing to work at Jakarta Office, Manggarai Selatan, Tebet.
