Requirements & qualifications:
- Minimum education is Bachelor's degree with minimum GPA 3.10 from all fields.
- Minimum work experience of 8-10 years in educational institution, with 3-5 years in senior managerial positions or as head of unit/division of educational institutions.
- Have a proven track record in managing business units and achieving business targets.
- Understand the business and operational aspects thoroughly.
- Ability to lead, develop and motivate teams.
- Have good communication and negotiation skills.
- Have strategic thinking, good analytical skills, and be able to make decisions.
- Willing to work and learn in a dynamic environment.
- Want to travel for a business trip.
- Proficient in spoken and written English (minimum IELTS score 6.0).
- Willing to work at South Tangerang.
Main Role & Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement business unit strategies to align with the company's vision and mission.
2. Lead the development and implementation of strategic growth plans of business units, and be responsible for achieving revenue targets.
3. Manage all over activity operational unit business, including sale,marketing, and other operations.
4. Conduct market and competitor research analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies.
5. Lead, direct, build, and coach teams within the unit to achieve maximum performance.
6. Establish and maintain strategic relationships with clients, business partners and other parties.
7. Make periodic performance reports to management and other related parties.
8. Ensure compliance with internal and external company regulations and policies.
