The Role: We are seeking a proactive and purpose-driven Business Intern to join our growth engine. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of Business Development and Operations. You will be the bridge connecting Bumi Journey with clients while ensuring our internal business administration runs smoothly.
What You Will Do:
1. Client Engagement: Handle inbound inquiries and communicate with potential clients (B2B & B2C) who are eager to experience regenerative travel.
2. Business Administration: Assist in managing bookings, updating client databases, and preparing invoices/contracts to ensure smooth operations.
3. Partnership Support: Research and identify potential corporate partners that align with our business objectives.
4. Data & Reporting: Help track sales data for our reports.
Requirements :
- Passionate Changemaker: You care deeply about sustainability, climate action, and social impact.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You love structure and can manage administrative tasks without losing focus.
- Great Communicator: You are comfortable writing professional emails and communicating with clients in English and Indonesian.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs). Familiarity with Canva or CRM tools is a plus.
- Eager to Learn: You are a student or fresh graduate ready to roll up your sleeves and learn how a social enterprise runs.
