Job Description

The Business Intelligence team plays an important role in empowering Carro’s data-driven & data-informed decision-making strategy. The successful candidate will be passionate about using data insights to answer strategic business questions, and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills:
What you will be doing:
Collaborate with various business teams to translate business operation data requirements into tracking metrics
Design/perform business-oriented reporting system/analysis, and data visualization dashboards to monitor the performance of the business
Perform ad-hoc analysis to understand certain business cases and challenges, providing conclusions and advice based on data analysis
​Be the trusted partner with the management team to find actionable insights from data to drive high impact business strategy
Requirements
Who are we looking for:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Data Science, Engineering etc.)
Relevant experience in data analyst/ business intelligence role
Proficiency in technical skills with Python, R, SQL for data analysis and building of automated real-time dashboards and reports with dashboarding tools like Tableau and Data Studio
Detail-oriented with strong data sense, with good problem-solving skills
Strong communicator with ability to translate numbers to business stakeholders
Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
E-commerce and start-up experience a plus
