Deskripsi pekerjaan Business Intelligence Analyst Borong Indonesia
- Provide support in developing and implementing data-driven strategies that support Borong’s business objectives.
- Assist the Head of Business Unit on BI initiatives, including gathering, organizing, and analyzing large dataset from multiple sources to extract valuable insights and develop actionable recommendations that drive growth across the organization.
- Identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and industry developments to provide proactive recommendations to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Utilize statistical technique and predictive modeling to forecast future trends, sales volumes, and customer demand in the B2B sector, supporting strategic planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to identify business requirements and deliver relevant BI solutions.
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and KPIs using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python or equivalent platforms.
- Support strategic recommendations based on data insights to support decision-making processes and drive business performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in BI, analytics, and data visualization to enhance Borong Direct's BI capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets, extract meaningful insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Proven track record of driving data-driven initiatives, optimizing processes, and delivering measurable business results.
- Experience in the B2B E-commerce industry or related fields is a plus.
