Job Description
The Business Growth Executive is responsible for driving business growth through new client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives. This role combines business development, sales, and growth strategy, with a strong focus on revenue generation and long-term business scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including B2B clients and strategic partnerships.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, pitching, negotiation, to deal closing.
- Develop and execute client acquisition strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, conduct follow-ups, and identify ideal customer profiles (ICP).
- Analyze market trends and explore new sales channels, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
Mandatory Requirements : - Confident and excited to work under target pressure; able to maintain monthly sales target achievement constantly.
- Strong network towards B2B market, especially in F&B, Retail and Lifestyle industry.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales industry; background from SaaS or CRM will be preferable.
- Lively personality, good interpersonal skills and excellent communication both in Bahasa Indonesia and English,
- Well-groomed, presentable and able to represent the company properly, especially towards high level external stakeholders.
