Role Description On behalf of our client in Health Tech Company, this is a contract, on-site Business Executive role based in Bekasi or Surabaya. In this role, the Business Executive collaborates with clients to understand their sales and marketing objectives, prepares proposals, and supports the implementation of consulting recommendations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and customer research, assisting with sales presentations, coordinating with internal consultants, and tracking performance metrics for client projects. The Business Executive also helps maintain client relationships, ensures timely communication, and supports business development activities to expand the client base.
Qualifications
- Maximum age of 30 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
- Male candidates are preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare, pharmacy, or other health-related industries.
- Experience dealing with hospitals, clinics, and Puskesmas is a plus.
- Holds a valid SIM A & SIM C.
- Willing to work in a field-based role and actively promote digital platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
- Based in or willing to be placed in Bekasi or Surabaya/East Java.
