Location: Jakarta, Indonesia (Hybrid learning with occasional field activities)
Duration: September – November 2026 (3 Months)
Employment Type: Full-Time Internship (Fresh Graduates Only)
Compensation: Rp 3,000,000/month fixed allowance + optional performance incentives

What You'll Learn
Our internship follows a progressive curriculum designed to help you build confidence before stepping into real business situations.
Month 1: Build Your Foundation
Before meeting clients, you'll develop a strong understanding of:
• Indonesia's financial services industry
• Insurance and risk management fundamentals
• Wealth advisory concepts
• Professional ethics
• Client communication
• AAJI and/or AASI certification preparation
• We believe understanding should always come before execution.
Month 2: Develop Practical Business Skills
You'll begin applying your knowledge through workshops, roleplays, mentor feedback, and collaborative learning. Topics include:
• Professional presentations
• Executive communication
• Negotiation
• Networking
• Business development
• Ethical marketing
• The objective is to help you become confident in communicating ideas, building trust, and creating value.
Month 3: Experience the Profession
As your confidence grows, you'll have opportunities to observe and participate in real business activities alongside experienced mentors. Depending on your readiness and interests, you may participate in:
• Client observations
• Business development activities
• Professional networking events
• Financial consultations
• Mentor shadowing
• Your experience is guided throughout the internship, and participation is matched to your development.
What You'll Leave With
Regardless of whether you continue in insurance or financial services, you'll graduate with:
• AASI certification (AAJI available for eligible participants)

Who We're Looking For
This internship is ideal for someone who:
• Is a fresh graduate from a reputable university in Indonesia or overseas
• Enjoys learning and taking on new challenges
• Has strong communication skills or wants to develop them
• Is coachable, disciplined, and proactive
• Wants practical experience beyond classroom learning
• Is curious about business, entrepreneurship, or financial services
• Has access to transportation within Jakarta (preferred)
No previous experience in insurance or sales is required.
