About Us
We are a growing consulting company specializing in business and enterprise solutions. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to help expand our client base and drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B clients.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients.
Recruit, train, and mentor Business Development team members.
Develop and optimize sales processes and customer acquisition channels.
Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure successful project delivery.
Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback for management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales or Business Development experience.
Experience in consulting, HR services, SaaS, logistics, banking, or other professional service industries is preferred.
Proven track record in acquiring new enterprise clients.
Experience leading or mentoring a small sales team.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Experience working with Chinese enterprises is an advantage.
Existing B2B network is a plus.
