Key Responsibilities
- Marketing & Brand: plan and run the content calendar across both accounts, write copy, art-direct photo & video, manage promotional campaigns, and report on performance.
- Community: build and nurture our player community from beginners to regulars, be the face of the brand on the floor, and develop recurring programs such as social play and clinics.
- Events: design and execute events end-to-end (tournaments, social nights, brand collaborations, corporate bookings), coordinate with the operations team and vendors, and manage event budgets.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, brand, community, or events — ideally in sport, hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle
- Active in sport especially in padel
- Able to write and direct content for two distinct brand voices
- Comfortable with Instagram & TikTok, content planning, and basic analytics
- Strong communicator who builds relationships easily with members, the community, and brand partners
- Organized and able to run events independently
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends/evenings during events
- Experience running padel community is a PLUS
