What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a relentless, high-caliber Business Development Specialist to act as our primary growth multiplier. In this role, you will be a "Hunter"—responsible for outbound prospecting, generating high-quality enterprise leads, and opening doors to C-level executives, corporate decision-makers, and financial institutions.
You must be highly autonomous, comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of navigating complex, long-cycle sales ecosystems without requiring hyper-detailed blueprints or micromanagement.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting (The Hunter): Aggressively identify, map, and pursue high-value B2B opportunities, enterprise clients, and potential international partners.
- Deal Pipeline Orchestration: Own the end-to-end outbound funnel—from cold outreach, scheduling strategic meetings, to qualifying high-potential leads.
- Consultative Value Selling: Masterfully pitch XETUP’s positioning as an elite Technology Transformation Orchestrator, translating our technical capabilities into clear, high-impact business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the internal technical leadership (VP of Tech) to align corporate proposals, proof-of-concept (PoC) expectations, and administrative tender requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Nurture high-stakes relationships with corporate clients, ensuring long-term trust and identifying upsell/expansion opportunities within their business ecosystem.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of solid experience in B2B Tech Sales, IT Consulting, SaaS Business Development, or Corporate Enterprise Account Management.
- Tech Literacy: Strong foundational grasp of modern technology landscapes (AI/LLM integrations, Enterprise Architecture, Data Management, and Cloud Transformations). You do not need to write code, but you must speak the language of tech effortlessly.
- Autonomy & Velocity: A self-starter mindset with a proven ability to design and execute your own outreach strategies. We do not provide spoon-fed scripts; you must have a high tolerance for ambiguity and execute at maximum speed.
- Communication & Simplification Master: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to demystify heavy technical jargon into down-to-earth, business-centric vocabulary that drives client buy-in.
- Global Ready: Professional fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory to comfortably engage with international clients and global strategic partners.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
