1. Benchmarking to the similar existing app in Indonesia
2. Attracting user/agency in this industry to join the app
3. Maintaining user/agency and creating good ecosystem in the app
4. Developing app's policy and guideline
5. Supporting agencies to achieve the target
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in any major from reputable university (Chinese Literature are preferred)
2. Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Chinese will be advantage)
3. Excellent in critical thinking and problem solving
4. Hard-worker
5. Ability to work individually or in a team
6. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
