Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sales pitching to identify and acquire potential clients, especially brands/merchants looking to advertise or grow on TikTok and other social media platforms.
- Understand and communicate agency services (primarily social media management) to match client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding business goals and delivering customized solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and client presentations effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Director & Operations Team) to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and other assigned KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to improve pitching approach and sales strategy.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide actionable insights to the management team.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Account Executive.
- Background in creative agency, media, digital marketing or TikTok-related services is preferred.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, UGC content, social media marketing, and digital marketing trends is highly preferred. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major; Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields are preferred.

- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
- Have a private vehicle for field mobility (if needed)
- Willing to work on-site, in accordance with company policy.
