Posisi : Business Development - PT Epta Solusi Indonesia (Yotek Group)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the company's target industries.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, principals, and business partners.
3. Identify and manage government and private tender opportunities.
4. Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender documents in collaboration with relevant departments.
5. Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and client visits.
6. Coordinate with technical and operations teams to support project execution.
7. Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
8. Prepare periodic reports on business development, tender progress, and sales performance.

Kualifikasi:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Development, Sales Engineer, or Technical Sales, preferably in the oil & gas, mining, industrial, or HSSE industry.
3. Familiar with B2B sales processes and government/private tender systems (LPSE/e-procurement) is an advantage.
4. Able to prepare business proposals and commercial documents.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
6. Willing to travel for business meetings and site visits.
7. Good command of English, both spoken and written, is an advantage.
