Job Description:
- Oversee the end-to-end business lifecycle, including opportunity identification, proposal development, deal execution, project delivery, and post-sales support
- Drive business growth by identifying and developing opportunities across multiple industries
- Promote company products and services across various channels, including client engagements, partnerships, and marketing initiatives
- Build, maintain, and manage strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Manage sales pipelines and achieve assigned targets
- Generate actionable market insights, including customer and competitor intelligence, to support strategic business decisions
Required Qualification:
- Minimum Education : S1 (Business, Management, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field)
- Work Experience : 1–3 Years (BD / Sales B2B preferred)
- Technical Competencies : Basic understanding of business & technology solutions
- Non-Technical Competencies : Sales, Communication, Negotiation, Relationship Building
- Language : English (Intermediate – Mandatory)
- Communication Skills : Comfortable communicating in English and handling expatriate clients
- Additional Value : Knowledge in Cybersecurity or Automotive is a plus
