- Lead potential customers from various companies to use our services (run presentation and product demo at the meeting, plan how to close deals, and deliver services based on the initial calls and meetings, understand the technical details of our Omnichannel CRM Mobile and Web App to help solve customers’ problems and keep a good relationship with management in enterprise customers)
- Experiment with different outreach intervals and content to identify successful strategies.
- Collaborate with the product and customer success team to deliver product feedback and feature requests.
- Analyze and target new opportunities for CRM & Omnichannel Software to grow our footprint.
- Work directly with marketing to discover opportunities for leads, and set appointments from those leads.
- Use of strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments.
- Log, track, and maintain customer contact and contact records.
- Participate in community networking activities to promote CRM & Omnichannel Software.
- Bachelor's degree (all majors are welcome)
- Prior experience selling or marketing is a plus but is not required.
- If possible, have 1-2 years of experience cold calling and selling SaaS or IT products (SMEs / SMBs) with a track record of over-achieving quota.
- Analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
- Comfortable in leading meetings and following up with customers
- Willing and eager to learn
- Objective and Target-Oriented
- Interest in start-ups, tech ventures, and entrepreneurial environment
- Articulate and energetic
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Huge plus: experience selling to Sales, Marketing, Customer Service Manager, Executive Level ,and Business Owners
