Business Development

Role Description

1. Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities and new clients/partnerships.
2. Organize internal meetings, events, team outings, and celebrations.
3. Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
4. Managing document of cooperation with client such as: contract extention, sending invoices, presentation with new client
5. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support decision-making.
6. Collaborate with internal department such as: E-Commerce Specialist, KOL, Content Creator, Live Streamer to ensure service alignment and client satisfaction.
7. Manage office facilities, equipment, and supplies to ensure a comfortable and functional working environment.
8. Provide support for distributing free samples in collaboration with the MCN team.
9. Monitor inventory and reorder office supplies as needed.
10. Maintain and recap of asset, facility and maintenance such as electricity, internet, facility, etc.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the E-commerce industry is a must.
3. Good knowledge of E-commerce trends.
4. Proven experience in acquiring new clients and maintaining existing client relationships.
5. Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
6. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
7. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
8. Able to operate Microsoft Excel / spreadsheets.
9. Can join ASAP and willing to work 100% WFO (Office based in Kalideres, West Jakarta).
