Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and results-oriented Business - Development professional to join our team. This role focuses on driving business growth in sales agency services, including live streaming, store management, content creation, and consulting services on various online platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities, potential partners, and strategic clients through market research, networking, and direct outreach.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and expand market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and business presentations to support partnerships and business agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, content creators, store management, and consultants) to ensure optimal service delivery according to client needs.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on business performance and achievement of targets.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on industry trends and market needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum D3/S1 degree (all majors, preferably Business, Management, or Communication).
- Experience in sales, business development, or agency services is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the digital industry, especially live streaming, e-commerce, content management, and online consulting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented, able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Creative, proactive, and capable of analyzing market trends to create new opportunities.
