Job Description

In this role, you will connect KCMTKU with the right external partners to drive business growth. You will help build relationships, negotiate collaborations, and ensure KCMTKU is always in the right spotlight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approach and establish relationships with potential partners.
  • Support in negotiating partnership terms and agreements.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and partnership packages.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing partners.
  • Represent KCMTKU in meetings, events, and networking opportunities.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in Business Development, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in negotiation and partnership building.
  • Professional appearance and good presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn.
  • Willing to travel or meet partners when needed.

Preferred:

  • Experience in retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • Good-looking and well-groomed to represent the brand image.
