Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager located in Bandung, with flexibility for some remote work. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with products and services, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create customized solutions for client needs.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding in digital performance marketing, branding & marketing
- Experince work at digital agency IS A MUST (social media / performance marketing division)
- Broad network for client acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to think creatively and strategically
- Proven track record of customer satisfaction and account growth
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written
Job Desc
- Seeking potential clients domestically and internationally.
- Understanding company services in order to deliver a spesific services according to client needs.
- Client Acquisition: Identify prospects, approach potential clients, deliver pitches, negotiate deals, and close new business opportunities
- Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact, maintain strong relationships, provide updates, handle issues, and ensure client satisfaction
- Project Coordination: Manage project timelines, assign tasks to internal teams, monitor deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Internal Collaboration: Communicate client needs clearly to operational, creative, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client pipelines, ongoing project progress, and business opportunities.
- Market Insight: Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities to support company growth.
