Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role. We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to help expand our business network and drive growth in the FinTech & Payment industry.
What You’ll Do:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Build strong relationships with merchants, partners, and stakeholders
• Create and execute business growth strategies
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve products and business performance
• Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms
• Prepare business reports and strategic recommendations for management
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales
• Preferably from FinTech, Payment Gateway, Banking, or related industries
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Target-oriented and proactive in driving business growth
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Understanding of PSP/payment ecosystem
• Existing network in the FinTech industry is a plus
