About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development with at least 2 years of experience in an agency environment. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in client acquisition, lead generation, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and online channels.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and project proposals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or a related role within an agency environment (Digital Marketing Agency, Creative Agency, Branding Agency, or similar).
- Proven experience in generating new business and acquiring clients.
- Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to engage confidently with international clients.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
