- Becoming the go-to branding person to the clients and potential clients alike (Role related)
- You’ll be handling the branding needs of multiple brands, therefore you're the consultant in their perspective
- You'll learn the importance of brand and branding, both theoretically and practically.
- You'll have to adapt with the trends and the market behaviour towards branding (Industry related).
- You'll tell stories about brands and how Vasco can help the clients.
- Manage multiple clients and projects to attain business goals (Role related)
- You’ll balance the expectations of clients, internal team and external parties by managing the work load of each project and communicating profesionally to all the related paties.
- You’ll work together with the Business Development team to look for and prepare external resources that is needed in each projects.
- You’ll be entrusted to find new businesses, deal with assigned prospects and given accounts to manage.
- Gain strong project management and strategic planning skills (Personal growth)
- You’ll service multiple clients concurrently, meeting deadlines and expectations.
- You'll be assigned to a dedicated Creative Team and manage the project in accordance to the client's needs.
- You'll resolve client issues in a timely, proactive and professional manner.
- Develop and be exposed to a range of skills, especially marketing and business related, to support sales and marketing business functions (Industry related).
- You’ll represent internal stakeholders to market and sell their services to maximise client satisfaction
- You’ll be exposed to complementary business functions such as sales &. marketing, branding & creative, legal and administratives functions
- You’ll work with another account executive of another creative team in the events of cross managing projects
- Champion an array of client relationship and corporate partnerships
- Manage several accounts, develop and retain clients
- Serve as trusted point of contact for business discussions
- Communicate feedback from clients to the internal team
- Strengthen business targets through achievement of client and company goals
- Generate sales for client accounts
- Study and analyse the clients need, including the business situation, competitors, audiences and the industry trend to provide inputs to the team and management
- Forecast and track client account metrics in terms of project status and project values
- Build relationships with new clients and manage productivity of the accounts team
- Maintain or start business relationships with industry contacts
- Collaborate with other business functions to provide excellent client advisory service
- Identify opportunities to grow business relationships with existing clients
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, partnerships management or marketing field is a bonus. Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Degree in Business, Marketing or any related field

- Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in developing minutes of meeting
- Ability to lead and motivate a small team would be a plus
- Proven track record of increasing value and business would be a bonus
- Proficient with several basic tools such as Google Slides & Google Sheets
- Strong customer focus
- Experience in B2B sales (proficient in personal relationship)
- Experience with solution-based selling skill sets
- Able to write and speak in English in a professional manner
