SEMA Rewards is a performance Clipping / UGC platform & agency. We run managed clipping campaigns across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts with a network of thousand of short-form video creators. We have delivered campaigns for MEXC, JKT48, Mobile Legends, Infinix and more.

We are not a self-serve marketplace. We are a managed service, and our clients stay because delivery is reliable.

The role

We are hiring one BD Lead to build and close a pipeline of brand retainers. This is not account management and it is not order-taking on one-off campaigns. Success is measured in signed monthly retainers.

What you will own

1. Build and work an outbound pipeline of brands and agencies across Personal Brands, Entertainment, Music, Gaming. These are the priority but we can do any industry.

2. Run the full cycle: prospecting, pitch, proposal, negotiation, PKS signature, first invoice collected.

3. Convert one-off campaign clients into monthly retainers.

4. Maintain pipeline hygiene and report weekly against a numeric target.

5. Work with the founder on pricing and scoping. No discounting below floor without approval.

Requirements

1. 2+ years B2B sales or agency BD in Indonesia, with closed deals in film, music, entertainment and agencies, selling to record labels, production houses, film distributors, OTT/streaming platforms, event promoters, artist management, or the agencies that serve them.

2. An existing network of marketing decision-makers in those industries you can activate from week one, label marketing heads, film promotion teams, artist managers, agency planners on entertainment accounts. Be ready to talk through specific relationships (types of accounts and roles, not just company names).

3. You have carried and hit a quota. Be ready to state your last number and how you hit it.

4. You understand campaign-based media selling — budgets tied to a release date (album drop, film premiere, tour) — as opposed to long SaaS cycles.

5. Fluent Bahasa Indonesia, working English.

6. Comfortable with outbound.

Nice to have

1. Sold influencer, KOL, or performance marketing services.

2. Understand CPM, CPV, and performance-based pricing.
