About the Role
As a Business Development professional at Bahtera, you will be the driving force behind expanding our client base, identifying new opportunities, and building strong, long-term relationships within the creative industry. Bahtera Agency partners exclusively with TikTok to provide comprehensive end-to-end services tailored to the platform, while also delivering effective cross-channel solutions. Qualifications
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify business opportunities and understand client needs.
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate industry trends, data, and performance metrics.
• Excellent Communication skills to facilitate clear interactions with clients and internal teams.
• Customer Service expertise to provide seamless client experiences and build long-term relationships.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Prior experience with TikTok or others channel (E-Commerce) is a plus.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
