Job Descriptions :
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and source high-potential properties (hotels, villas, or apartments) through cold calling, networking, and field research.
- Property Acquisition: Pitch our marketing and distribution services to property owners and stakeholders, highlighting the value of our brand reach.
- Contract Negotiation: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to the signing of marketing representation agreements.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of hospitality trends and competitor moves to identify "hot" locations for portfolio expansion.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of property owners, developers, and real estate agents.
- Onboarding Liaison: Ensure a smooth handoff of newly acquired properties to the marketing and operations teams.
- Job Requirement :
- Experience 1+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Real Estate Acquisition (Hospitality experience is a major plus).
- Strong ability to influence decision-makers and navigate complex contracts
- Deep knowledge of the local property market and hospitality landscape
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a "hunter" style sales environment
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate
