You will gain hands-on exposure to two of the fastest-growing technology sectors: digital automation and AI. Key responsibilities include proactive outreach, effective client engagement, proposal creation, and streamlined lead management to help achieve overarching business goals.

- Location: Sunter, North Jakarta (On-site / Full-time)
- The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal abilities, strategic resource management, and a proven track record in sales. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, balance multiple priorities, and reliably achieve assigned revenue quotas.
Job Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively reach out to potential customers to introduce and sell web & e-commerce services.
- Customer Proposal Development: Create client proposals aligned with client needs following discussions.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute demand generation activities and support marketing initiatives to achieve targets.
- Lead Follow-Up: Engage and convert leads from marketing and demand generation efforts.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular progress reports.
- Sales Support: Support business development and documentation related to client proposals and contracts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development, preferably in consulting, managed services, web development, e-commerce, digital agency, or SaaS company.
- Interest in sustainability and technology and ability to learn the language and narrative to sell services in these sectors required.
- Familiarity with website development, e-commerce, digital marketing, and IT is a bonus.
- Excellent spoken and written English and working level for Bahasa Indonesia needed, ability to interact confidently with international clients.
- High proficiency in Office and modern CRM/Marketing tools.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and resource budgeting skills.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to support team goals.
